Feeds Frustration
Frustration is a part of all our lives. Sometimes we experience small frustrations, like when we want to pull one item off the shelf and five more come with it and land on the floor. Sometimes our frustrations are all-consuming like when we get stuck in traffic when we're already running late for an important appointment. Since we know they're going to happen anyway, creating a way of dealing with them could make our days much easier to navigate.
