Still awesome after all these years!
January 22, 2011
I could hardly believe it! This morning before work I was watching coverage of the Australian Open. When the live coverage ended, the Tennis Channel aired a match that took place in the Spring of 2010. I was speechless. The match was between Jim Courier and Bjorn Borg. The event was for former professional players who are at least 30 years old. Borg looked great and was still moving around the court well. Not bad for someone who’s 53 years old. What a great example that just because we get older doesn’t mean we have to give up those activities that we love. Thanks Bjorn!
I know that I intend to keep using my in-line skates and TRX well into my 70’s!
