How often do you eat? How often do you brush your teeth? How often do you put gas in your car? As odd as these questions may seem, they all have one thing in common. They are all forms of maintenance that help us keep functioning. Our home environment is no different! It also needs maintenance to help us function better. The challenge is that the negative effects of neglecting it take a while to show up. If you don't eat for 12 hours, you're not going to perform at your best.  If you don't put gas in your car every week or so, you're not going to be able to get to where you want to go. But we can neglect our stuff for months or years before it accumulates to the point where we can't function anymore. Why let it get to that extreme point?  When we maintain our stuff, it will continue to support our goals and lifestyle. Figure out how often you would like to go through the mail. Think about how much time each week you'd be willing to spend decluttering your space. Just like your body, your teeth, and your car, your environment will work much better with regular care and maintenance.

Donating helps you see more progress right away and it prevents the donation items from becoming a new pile of clutter. $50.00/hour

*All clients receive a postcard after each session that summarizes the activity in that session and celebrates progress!
