The Universe speaks!
This summer I went to a personal development workshop. It was called Basic and is offered through Life Success Seminars. It was an amazing experience! Even though I don't usually get much out of meditations/visualizations, that particular weekend things were coming through loud and clear. One of the things I got was that I was supposed to start a group based on Jack Canfield’s book The Success Principals. The group would be a support system as people begin to make positive changes in their lives.
Well, I never forgot about the vision of the group but I also never did anything about it other than think. Then, this past week, I had the sense that I should call a friend of mine. It kept nagging at me for a few days. When I picked up the phone and it was her on the other end, I wasn’t surprised. What did surprise me was when she said “I like Jack Canfield and I know you like Jack Canfield and I just finished listening to his book ‘The Success Principals’ and thought it would be great to have a group to work through the principal with.”
What?! I almost dropped the phone! Even though I’m not always the most astute individual, that’s pretty straight forward! When the Universe speaks that clearly, I had better listen because I’m well acquainted with the idea that first the Universe whispers, then it yells.
Now I’ve got the basic structure of the group figured out. My friend and I are going to work through the worksheets over the next few months and I’ll be rolling out the group at the beginning of 2012. It’s amazing how quickly I can take action when the Universe speaks so clearly!
