At one point or another, we all get stuck.  We've got a problem or a situation that we just can't figure out. Usually, our answer is to just keep thinking and talking about it until we can get it to shift. Or we get a book or head to Google to search for an answer.  But, as the saying goes, you can't fix a problem with the same thinking that created it. Recently I saw a video that offered up an interesting option for improving focus and concentration. The good news is that it only takes about 15 minutes to do it and you might even lose a pound or two!
