We all have things that we'd like to have: money, well being, love, a new car, just to name a few. At the beginning of a new year, we tend to think about these types of things more than usual, but if we're so occupied with what we currently have, whether those things are possessions, beliefs, behaviors, or relationships, there is no room in our lives for the new things we're looking for. If our hands are full, we can't accept anything else. We have to be willing let go of something in order to receive something new.
